Try aromatherapy oils

Aromatherapy essential oils are fairly accessible and with the proper guidance you can use them on your own.

Here is a -non exhaustive - list of essential oils that can be helpful for grief:

Benzoin
Cypress 
Petitgrain 
Chamomile 
Lavender 
Neroli 
Lemon balm 

How to use them? Always dilute them, never apply essential oils directly on your skin since this could give you an allergic reaction.

An easy way to use them is to add them to a carrier oil, such as almond oil, olive oil or coconut oil.

For every 15 ml of carrier oil you can add between 5 and 10 drops of essential oil. 

A blend that has worked for me is : petitgrain, benzoin and chamomile. You can follow the ratio I mentioned above and experiment with different oils until you find a blend that you like.

Other things to be mindful of: avoid using if you are pregnant. Also do not apply on kids under 5 years of age. Lavender essential oil can lower blood pressure, whereas neroli essential oil can raise blood pressure. When in doubt it's better to ask your doctor.
