Read books to help you navigate grief
I was very very lucky to have received a recommendation on a book about grief right at the beginning of my grief process.
It made a world of difference!
It gave me tools, insights and above all, the feeling that I wasn't alone in this, that someone had gone through grief just like me and had been able to live on.
It helped me realize that grief is something that can be survived.
It also helped me realize that grief is a natural and normal reaction and that it isn't something that we need to try to cure like an illness, or fix like a broken object or hide like a shameful secret.
If you can, please read a book to help you with your grief process.
If you aren't someone who enjoys reading, maybe you can get it in audible version or yo can ask a friend to read it to you. Or you could look for a podcast and listen to it as you commute to work or as you do your chores.
