Express how you feel
You can express how you feel in a number of ways, for example by writing in your journal, or by calling or texting a friend. You can also do it in a more creative way, through painting, making a collage or taking pictures. You can make a video or sculpt something.
If you get tired of, let's say writing in your journal, then go ahead and try something else.
How you express your feelings is up to you. Who you share those feelings with is also up to you.
Expressing your feelings is a healthy practice that will help your healing process. If you are sharing your feelings with others, just make sure that you do it in a safe space with people that are supportive and who are willing to hold the space for you.
