Bask in the sun

For those days when you don't want to go anywhere or do anything, just step outside for five minutes and let the sun wash over you.

Sunlight increases serotonin production, which helps regulate mood and reduce feelings of sadness.

Science aside, sunlight feels warm, feels good.

It has helped me stay present, without any anxious feelings or thoughts, at least during those five minutes that I'm outside in the sun.

You can pair it with something else like drinking tea or stretching. When the weather allows I might even take a nap outside.
