Ask your friends for help

This is the part when you're going to be needing all the friends you can get.

-If you can't cook for whatever reason, ask someone to cook for you.
-If you can't eat when alone, ask one friend to join you for lunch and another friend to join you for dinner.
-If you can't run your everyday errands, ask someone to do them for you.
-If you need someone to talk to, ask your friends.
-If you need someone to be by your side while handling medical things or legal things, ask a friend.

And for the other dozens things that are not written here, ask your friends.

When asking them for help, let them know that if it's not possible for them to help (keep in mind they also have their own things going on) that it's ok to say no. Also, depending on what you need help with, they might be able to offer alternatives or point you in the direction of someone who might be better able to help.

I have asked friends to drive me to places, to make phone calls, to cook, and even to pray with me. And believe me, no one has ever been bothered and no request has been too strange or too much. Because they are my friends.

Your friends will be there for you too.
